You can cancel your booking anytime before the ride begins.
If you cancel before we assign you a car and driver, you’ll be charged N500 cancellation fee.
If you cancel when the driver is on his way or has arrived your service location, you’ll be charged N1500 cancellation fee.
All refunds for cancelled rides will be processed within 2 hours. Refunds will only be processed during week days from 9am to 5pm.
